Grüezi YAD-members, 

It's time to announce the event you've all been waiting for: THE YAD TRIP ABROAD 2024! After last years trip to France, this year we will be searching for a new highlight together. The YAD abroad trip this year is going to *drumroll* Switzerland! In the middle of the Swiss Alps! 

Do you want to spend 4 days with us above sea level, eat the most delicious chocolate, and finally not have to pick sides?

Together with 55 colleagues, we will visit beautiful Switzerland from Wednesday the 23th to Sunday the 27th October. We leave on Wednesday evening and return home on Sunday morning.

2. What can you expect from our trip to Switzerland? 

Together with 55 YAD members, we will spend 4 days in Switzerland. We will sleep in a large house in a beautiful village. Beautiful nature can be found all around us! For Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, we have created a very fun and diverse program with many activities, and on Sunday morning we will return to Amsterdam. The days in Switzerland include: 

• A visit to (at least) one of our suppliers, which will save you a day off ;) 

• Multiple unique activities  

• 3 great evening programs 

• Much more! 

And all of this with a group of lovely colleagues. In short: you don't want to miss this! 

3. What does this fantastic trip actually cost? 

For the entire trip, we ask for a contribution of €400 per person. This is for the bus trip, accommodation, activities, food, and drinks. Only drinks whilst going out will have to be paid for by yourself. 

4. What happens if you unexpectedly can't come? 

If you sign up for the draw, we assume that you are comming on the trip. If you are drawn, we will ask you to transfer the amount and we will start to arrange things for the trip. If you unexpectedly can't come, we hope to make someone on the waiting list happy with your spot. Otherwise, you will have to find a replacement yourself.
