Cook & Connect

With a group of 6 people you are cooking for 55 homeless at the Stoelenproject in Amsterdam.

1) Think of recipe for starter, main and desert
2) Do the groceries
3) Transport groceries to the homeless shelter
4) Cook a starter, main and desert for 55 people
5) Food should be ready at 18:00 sharp
6) Clean the kitchen after using it (pots, pans, wipe the stove, etc.)

More practical details will follow if you have signed up :)

• Chili con carne, (cook rice with it)
• Chicken curry with cauliflower
• Spaghetti Bolognese
• Zucchini soup
• Tomato soup
• Lemon curd with yoghurt and some fruits
